Shipping policy

We would like to inform our customers that it is not possible to open the order upon receipt, and this policy cannot be changed by us or the shipping companies.

However, you can contact us to request an eligible return within 14 days of receiving your order. To exchange an item, return the original and make a new purchase.

Return shipping costs
For eligible returns, the country where your order was delivered determines who pays the return postage. For orders delivered within Egypt, Bardees pays the return postage. For orders delivered to any country outside Egypt, the customer pays the return postage. Return eligibility and exclusions are set out in our Refund Policy.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges

Shipping within Egypt costs EGP 120–220, depending on the governorate. International shipping charges depend on destination and order weight and are calculated at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders for delivery within Egypt and internationally are prepared and dispatched within one working day. Estimated delivery, including this preparation and dispatch time, is 2–5 working days within Egypt and 3–7 working days for international orders. Our Egypt working days are Sunday to Thursday; Friday and Saturday are off. Delivery times are estimates.
