Draa Layer Pant (بنطلون درعة)

Two layers of panels break up the line of the leg. The upper panel is cut away at the centre in an arch that comes to a point at the waistband and steps outward at the sides, and it ends in points at the upper thigh; the longer panel beneath runs down each outer leg to a narrow tip finished with a gold string tassel. Below them, the legs gather into calf cuffs that are split at the front.

Summer melton lycra, 95% cotton / 5% lycra.

The arch peaks right at the waistband, so a top that falls past it hides the shape at its highest point. With the cropped Safi Frame Sweatshirt, the downward point of its diamond and the upward point of this arch line up on the centre front.

In Zellij Drift, this is the trouser matched to the Safi Frame Sweatshirt, taking the collection’s geometry from the top down into the leg. Both are made in the same off-white summer melton as the Meknes Swing Sweatshirt and Essaouira Drop Sweatpant.
